Chennai 28 sequel to be wrapped in 50 days

The motion poster of Venkat Prabhu’s Chennai 28 sequel was tastefully done and appreciated by netizens when it was released two days back. The makers are planning to roll out from April first week with a non-stop schedule of 50 days. Venkat Prabhu is expected to be wrap up the film before the end of May.

“The story will start from where the first part ended. Jai will get married and everyone decides to play one last match,” says a source about the film’s premise. Rajesh Yadav has been roped in to crank the camera. Venkat Prabhu’s regulars Yuvan Shankar Raja and editor Praveen KL are also on board. The sequel will feature most of the Chennai 28 boys including Jai, Premgi Amaren, Vaibhav, Shiva, Vijay Vasanth and Arvind Akash.
