Chennai 28 Part II TN theatrical rights secured
The Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of Venkat Prabhu’s Chennai 28 Part II have been secured by Ramesh V Pillai of Abhishek Films. The film, which is currently under the final stages of post production, is gearing up for release next month.
Produced by Venkat Prabhu’s home banner Black Ticket Company, the film stars the entire cast of the first part apart new additions in Mahat and Vaibhav. This time, the movie is set in a village backdrop and will be a proper sequel to the first part.
