Cheenu Mohan plays GV Prakash’s father in Rajeev Menon’s next
Veteran theater artist Cheenu Mohan, who delivered a memorable performance in Karthik Subbaraj’s Iraivi and was last seen in Vijay Sethupathi-Manikandans’s Aandavan Kattalai, has been roped in to play GV Prakash’s father by cinematographer-director Rajeev Menon for his next yet-untitled project, which will go on floors soon.
GVP’s next release will be Kadavul Irukaan Kumaaru directed by Rajesh. The film, which is under the final stages of post production, is slated to hit screens for Diwali. He will start shooting for Rajeev Menon’s project towards the end of this month or early November. GVP will be seen playing the role of a drummer in the movie. How he raises to become a successful drummer against the will of his family forms the plot.
