Bobby Simha, who made heads turn and walked away with the national award for his menacing performance in Jigarthanda, is all set to play a powerful role with negative shades in his upcoming film Metro.
“In today’s world, three of the most important issues are the black marketing of gold, discrimination against women and the anti-social behaviour of youth. Bobby Simha plays a character called Guna. It is a powerful one with negative shades; he is involved in the black marketing of gold,” says director Ananda Krishnan.
Bobby Simha is currently awaiting the release of Ko 2 and Paambhu Sattai, which are under various stages of post production. He is also part of Jiiva’s multistarrer Kavalai Vendam and plays lead in his maiden production venture along with Thenandal Films, Vallavanukkum Vallavan.
