Blue Ocean Entertainment to release romance thriller Zero
Ashwin Kakumanu’s long-pending Zero is finally gearing up to see the light of day for Valentine’s Day. Blue Ocean Entertainment, a new distribution-production launched by UTV fame Dhananjayang Govind, will join hands with Madhav Media Entertainment to market and release the film, produced by Balaji Kappa. The film stars Shivada Nair of Nedunchaalai fame and JD Chakravarthy in pivotal roles. The technical team comprises of cinematography from Babu Kumar, editing by R. Sudharsan and music by Nivas K. Prasanna of Thegidi fame, Billed as a romantic thriller, Zero is written and directed by debutant Shiv Mohaa, a former associate of Bharatbala.
“Blue Ocean Entertainment begins its journey in film marketing and distribution with ZERO, a romantic thriller with super natural elements. The film has a very new theme, not shown in Tamil cinema so far, which impressed the Blue Ocean team to acquire the marketing and distribution rights and release it on this Valentine’s Day. The film is about ‘True Love can overcome any obstacle and will transcend births’ has been presented with super natural elements and thrilling moments in the film by the filmmaker Shiv Mohaa,” says an official press note.
About the film and his venture BLUE OCEAN ENTERTAINMENT, G. Dhananjayan, its founder, mentioned that “The film‘ZERO’ has impressed everyone in our team for its theme and presentation and felt both the title and its evergreen theme will be apt for our new beginning and hence acquired this as our first film to market and distribute. The film is dedicated to true lovers and we are confident it will appeal to everyone, who loves someone in their life. The film’s high-end Computer Graphics work will be spoken about after its release. We will continue our journey in this direction and looking forward to acquire more such films in the near future.”
Zero is already censored and ready for release and being a film on love, the team is targeting the Valentine’s Day weekend to dedicate it to the true lovers across the world. The audio launch of the film is expected towards the end of January 2016.
