Bigil: Thalapathy Vijay becomes first actor in Tamil to score three consecutive double century grossers
Bigil has comfortably sprinted past the Rs 200 crores mark globally in theatrical revenue within the first week of theatrical run, which has enabled an extraordinary new feat for Thalapathy Vijay.
Vijay is now the only and first actor in Tamil cinema to score three consecutive double century grossers. Prabhas is the only other actor to do so among the south Indian actors with his Baahubali series and Saaho. Bigil is now inching towards the $10 million mark in overseas theatrical takings.
