Bigil: Rajinikanth and Vijay dominate the non-Tamil Nadu market
After setting a streak of records at the Tamil Nadu box-office, Thalapathy Vijay’s Bigil has now touched the Rs 100 crores mark from non-Tamil Nadu markets alone, making it the third consecutive film of the actor to attain the feat after Sarkar and Mersal.
Superstar Rajinikanth has four Rs 100 crores films from non-Tamil Nadu markets such as 2.0, Enthiran, Petta, and Kabali. Chiyaan Vikram has an entry too in the list with his I directed by Shankar. Thala Ajith is the only top-billed actor who is yet to announce his entry in the non-Tamil Nadu century grossers list. With Valimai coming up in 2020, the fans are expecting Thala Ajith to shift top gear in rest of India and overseas markets.
