Beast crosses 50 crore mark in TN, set for a big weekend
Thalapathy Vijay’s Beast is a big money spinner at the box office, with the film getting past the 50+ crores mark in just two days (56Cr approx) of time. With the second day collections lying in the range under 20 crores in TN, the film is maintaining strong occupancy in cities, with many sold-out shows, while the occupancy in towns is also pretty good.
The film has also breached records in many overseas markets such as Sri Lanka, Australia and so on. Popular distributor Tirupur Subramanian has said that “Beast is undoubtedly a commercial hit despite mixed reviews,” and the film is all set to get past the 100 crore mark in TN within 5 days or max in a week’s time.
