Bala to direct Vikram’s son Dhruv in Arjun Reddy Tamil remake

Director Bala, who gave a breakthrough for Vikram in Sethu, has been roped in to helm the official Tamil remake of Arjun Reddy, which will star Vikram’s son Dhruv in the lead role.

Dhruv will reprise the role of Vijay Deverakonda in the Tamil version. The team has still not finalized the heroine for the film, which is being produced by Mukesh Mehta of E4E Entertainment.

“The maestro Bala Sir who gave us Sethu and Pithamagan will introduce Dhruv Vikram in #ArjunReddy Tamil Remake..#DhruvVikram,” posted E4E Entertainment on its Facebook Page.

Shriya Sharma, who played Suriya and Jyotika’s daughter in Sillunu Oru Kadhal, is in talks to play the lead heroine in the film.
