Ayngaran acquires Dhanush – Siva Karthikeyan’s next

Siva Karthikeyan has been quite a rage in Tamil cinema and loved by all sections of the audience alike. Four of out his six films as leads are hits and Maan Karate is garnering average reviews and doing good business as per trade pundits. Maan Karate was released in more than 600 screens, Siva Karthikeyan’s biggest opening ever. As his next film is still under shooting, mega production house Ayngaran International has already acquired his upcoming film Taana.

Taana is directed by Durai Senthilkumar and produced by Dhanush for Wunderbar Films. It features Sri Divya, who earlier paired opposite Siva Karthikeyan in Varuthapadatha Vaalibar Sangam. The film’s shooting is currently in progress and will be released in the second half of 2014.
