Atharvaa to romance Kayal ‘Anandhi’

Atharvaa’s upcoming with director Sargunam of Vaagai Sooda Vaa fame is shaping up well. The film produced by director Bala for B Studios will go on the floors from July once Atharvaa completes his work for Eetti and Kanithan by June. Atharvaa is also busy shooting some pending shots for Irumbu Kuthirai directed by Yuvaraj Bose.

There were rumors that Thulasi Nair will play the female lead in the film. A source close to the unit says, “Thulasi Nair was not even approached for the film. Anandhi who plays the titular role in Prabhu Solomon’s Kayal is likely to be paired with Atharvaa. Nothing is confirmed though.” The music for the untitled flick will be composed by Ghibran who made his debut under director Sargunam in Vaagai Sooda Vaa.
