Atharvaa’s next is a village-based story
Atharvaa started shooting for his next yet-untitled film directed by Sargunam few months back. The latest news is the team has been camping in a village near Thanjavur. Major portions of the film have been shot here. The film is set in the village backdrop on the lines of Sargunam’s Kalavani and he is looking forward to make a comeback after the lackluster Nayyandi. Interestingly, Bala who produces the film under B Studios, is also shooting in Thanjavur for his Thaarai Thappattai.
Anandhi of Kayal and Poriyaalan fame is paired with Atharvaa in this village drama. “I play the role of demure village girl and the film is a romantic comedy,” says Anandhi. The team is likely to wrap the film soon and kickstart post-production.
