Ashwin Kakamanu on board Thala 56
Ashwin Kakumanu, who rose to fame in Ajith’s Mankatha and was last seen in Megha, has been signed to play an important role in Ajith’s upcoming film with director Siva of Veeram fame. The team is beginning its second schedule this week. “#Mankatha was one of my best working experiences and am only happy to join Siva sir and Ajith sir again for #Thala56 [sic],” posted Ashwin on his official Twitter page.
Produced by AM Rathnam, the film stars Ajith and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles and Lakshmi Menon in an important role. It has musis composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
