Arunraja Kamaraj on his directorial debut: “It is very close to me because of the emotion it conveys”

Writer-actor-lyricist Arunraja Kamaraj, who is making his directorial debut through an untitled project produced by Sivakarthikeyan under his home banner, has wrapped up the first schedule of the film, which stars Aishwarya Rajesh and Sathyaraj in important roles.

Talking about the film, Arunraja says, “This script is very close to me because of the emotion it conveys. We have wrapped up the first schedule of the movie involving the portions of Sathyaraj sir, Ilavarasu sir, Rama madam, Munishkanth and a promising talent Dharshan. I am loving the process of translating the script onto the screen. The next schedule will be even more challenging because it will involve all the cricket portions. The practice sessions are going on for the women actors/cricketers. We are very excited and looking forward to the next schedule.”
