April 2024: Four biggies target their release for the big month!
The month of April is getting red hot for Tamil cinema, as four biggies are now targeting various dates in the month for their release. Chiyaan Vikram’s Thangalaan is already in the race, as the makers have announced that the film will be an April release. Also in the bracket are Dhanush’s 50th film which he has directed, Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2 and also Ajith’s Vidaa Muyarchi which is in the final stage of shoot.
Earlier, Suriya’s action entertainer Kanguva was also in the race but 3D conversion and VFX works for the film are delaying the release to the end of May or June. It is going to be a big battle at the box office as all these films carry a great level of excitement from the audiences.
