Anushka’s male avatar in Rudhramadevi

Anushka, who plays the Kakatiya queen Rudhramadevi in her biopic, is said to be appearing in a male avatar for few crucial scenes in the film. There’s a scene written by director Gunasekhar where Anushka Shetty attemps to assasinate a king and is said to be the highlight. Anushka has apparently changed her body language, hair style and attire to transform as a man for few scenes in the film. Way to go!

Anushka is awaiting the release of Ajith’s Yennai Arindhaal to kick start the new year in style. She also plays one of the female leads in Rajamouli’s bi-lingual magnum-0pus Baahubali/Mahaabali.
