After Sonakshi, now Anushka confirms her role in Lingaa

Sonakshi Sinha was the first from the Lingaa team who confirmed the project with Rajinikanth two weeks back when the news just surfaced. Yesterday, after keeping mum for  a long time, the closemouthed KS Ravikumar finally spilled the beans confirming the film’s title as Lingaa and revealed Anushka, Sonakshi and ARR’s participation in the film.

Now, Anushka Shetty who is currently busy shooting for Thala 55 with Ajith Kumar has posted on her official Facebook page saying, “Very happy to be a part of Superstar Rajinikanth sir’s film. K.S. Ravi Kumar sir is the director and AR Rahman is scoring the music. Sonakshi Sinha also a part of this movie. Eagerly waiting for the shoot to start !.” Anushka is also a part of SS Rajamouli’s two part epic historic film Baahubali, which is already in the making. The shooting for Lingaa is likely to begin from May 2 in Mysore, says a trusted source.
