Anjali signs yet another woman-centric film
Post Lisaa, Anjali has signed yet another woman-centric film, which is tipped to be a fantasy comedy. Yogi Babu and Vijay TV fame Ramar have been roped in for full-length roles.
The film is directed by Krishnan Jayaraj and produced by K.S.Sinish for The Soldiers Factory, who had earlier directed the film “Balloon”. Talking about Anjali’s role, Sinish said, “The protagonist’s character is sketched with certain traits that would instantly gain the attention, especially through simple expressions, which exhibits humorous appeal. Even before looking into the list of choices, we were sure that actress Anjali is the one gifted with such unique traits.”
Written and directed by Krishnan Jayaraj, the film’s shooting is slated to go on floors shortly.
