Andrea Jeremiah embarks on a new journey
Though Andrea Jeremiah is well-known as an actress, she is a recognized singer in Tamil cinema and musicians including Harris Jayaraj, GV Prakash and Yuvan Shankar Raja have roped her in for their albums in the past and continue to do so. Now, taking her musical career more progressive, Andrea has joined hands with her long-time friend Prithvi to kickstart a new venture called Krem Brulee, an EDM (Electronic Dance Music) band. The duo recently launched a single called Never Let You Go on SoundClound and it received good response from netizens.
“This is the first time I’ve collaborated with a music composer. Sometimes Prithvi creates a basic soundscope and sends it me, I listen to it and visualise what direction a song should take. But we also work the other way round, where I give him melody and lyrics and he creates the groove around it,” says Andrea who is currently busy working in director Saravanan’s Valiyavan where she is paired with Jai.
