“We won’t impose a ban on Anjali,” says Vikraman

Director Vikraman, the President of the Director’s Union will hold talks with Anjali regarding the complaint filed by director Kalanjiyam. Earlier, Kalanjiyam complained that Anjali had abandoned shooting for his film ‘Oor Suttri Puranam’ after 12 days which incurred him insurmountable financial losses. Now, the actress is looking to comeback but still not co-operating to finish his film is what Kalanjiyam argues about.

“We have never banned any actor from acting in Tamil films and hence, we won’t impose a ban on her as well. It is a director’s prerogative as to who he intends to cast in his film. But, morally the producer has been facing a huge loss and as an actor she has to finish her portions in the film. No actor can just walk off like that,” says Vikraman. Will Anjali make amends with Kalanjiyam?
