An interaction with Director Ameer

Team Only Kollywood’s meet with versatile director Ameer Sir – A cover up:

First and foremost, the director shared some news on his upcoming directional Aadhi Bhagavan starring Jayam Ravi and Neethu Chandra in lead roles. Commenting, “Aadhi Bhagavan shoot is entirely wrapped up and the movie is almost done in technical aspects. The audio launch is pushed to October 6th (initially slated on September 29th) in Canada and the team is gearing up for the event”, says Ameer. The audio launch is planned to happen in a grand manner and it is surely going to be a music treat to all music lovers. It may be mentioned, Yuvan who had done tunes for all Ameer directional films is yet again ready to rock with Aadhi Bhagavan.

On asking about his next ventures, “I’m playing lead role for Director Karu Palaniappan’s next Pandiya Vamsam and would kick start my directional, productional ‘Jihad’ (starring himself in lead) then”, he added. Talking about Kannabiran, “(Smiles) The project is still on and me & Vijay are keen to join together for the first time as soon as we complete our prior commitments”, says Ameer.

Kannabiran was supposed to kick start for Vijay before his last blockbuster Nanban with Director Shankar. The actor seems not wanted to miss the Shankar’s project and thus he commenced Nanban, as per the sources. Also we hear, Kannabiran requires bulk dates from Vijay and director Ameer to craft the most awaited flick.Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay fans can be very optimistic about Kannabiran and it is certain to be a trend setter in Tamil Cinema.
