In a recent interview, Amaran director Rajkumar Periyasamy has spoken highly of Sivakarthikeyan’s efforts for the film, and to look the part of the army man. “SK is a very jolly person, and at at the same time, he is very emotional, so he connected with the storyline very easily. It is easy to show SK as an army man, but he attended workshops in Mumbai to get his role right,” said the director.
“Not just SK, Sai Pallavi also has a challenging role in the film. There are a few days of shoot left between Sivakarthikeyan and her. GVP has delivered a nice melody, a fast-paced number and a dance number. It will be a good album overall,” said the director who is very confident about the film.
