Amaran 2 to be shot in London, Italy and Malaysia

Karthik’s Amaran was a blockbuster hit in the 90s with the film successfully completing 100-day stint at the box office. Now, after almost two decades, the team has planned a sequel to the film as Amaran 2 is officially announced.

It will be directed by K Rajeshwar, who helmed Amaran and Karthik, who was recently seen in Anegan as a villain, will play the titular role in the film. The team is planning to shoot the film in London, Italy and Malaysia. The song Vethala Pota sung by Karthik was a smash hit in the 90s and at the press meet, Karthik promised that he will sing in the sequel too.
