Now, Aishwarya faces Vijay Sethupathi’s problem

Producers nowadays are cashing in on the stardom and popularity of actors by featuring them in posters for movies even if their roles are minimal. Vijay Sethupathi experienced it during the release of Rummy and recently for Edakku. Though Inigo Prabhakar played the lead role in Rummy, the film was promoted with Vijay Sethupathi as the central figure and it bombed at the box-office.

Now, Aishwarya is facing the same problem with the makers of Vilambaram in which she has played a cameo. “I just played a cameo in the film as a classical dancer. I’m not playing the female lead. It was shot years back and I was upset to see my posters for the film,” says Aishwarya who just completed the shooting of Seenu Ramasamy’s Idam Porul Eval.
