Actor-director Manoj Bharathiraja passes away due to a heart attack
In a shocking news update, it has been said that actor and director Manoj Bharathiraja has passed away due to a heart attack on 25th March. The actor was just 48, and left behind his family of 3 including 2 daughters. Manoj had acted in many films right from the very popular Taj Mahal, all the way down to playing supporting characters recently. He also directed a film titled Margazhi Thingal which released last year. The film was critically acclaimed for its storytelling and performances.
The industry has been left in shock to see the son of the legendary director turn to such an end. Many industry folks have visited Manoj’s house since last night and today including CM Stalin, Deputy CM Udhayanidhi, Suriya, Vijay, Maniratnam, Seeman and many others to offer their support to the bereaved family members.
