A new avatar of Karthi in Kashmora

Karthi will be seen in a brand new avatar in director Gokul’s Kashmora which will go on the floors from February 23rd in Chennai. A huge set will be erected for the first schedule where scenes involving Karthi, Sri Divya and Vivek will be canned. Kashmora is Karthi’s first film where he shares screen space with Vivek. The film also has Nayanthara as another female lead.

Produced by Prabhu of Dream Warriors, Kashmora is said to be produced at a budget of Rs. 50 crores, highest for Karthi and has music by Santhosh Narayanan. When quizzed about Karthi’s new look, Prabhu says, “You will definitely see a new avatar of Karthi in the film.” There are also unconfirmed reports that Karthi plays a dual role in this super-natural thriller.
