A hit or flop cannot take away the credibility of an actor: Aditi Rao Hydari defends Samantha
After reports in a section of media suggested that Aditi Rao Hydari replaced Samantha Akkineni in the Telugu film Mahasamudhram starring Sharwanand because the latter recently co-starred with him in Jaanu which bombed at the box-office, the Kaatru Veliyidai actress has come out in support of Samantha.
I genuinely feel this is important to say… a hit or flop cannot take away the credibility of an actor. Pl Let’s not encourage this kind of thinking.

Apparently, it was Samantha who opted out of the film citing date issues with her other project. Now, Aditi Rao Hydari is busy shooting for Tughlaq Darbar with Vijay Sethupathi and she also has Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan.
