Prabhu trashes rumors on Mannan remake with Vijay

After the outspread of rumors on the web following reports in a section of the media that Vijay is in talks with veteran filmmaker KS Ravikumar to remake the yesteryear Rajinikanth blockbuster Mannan for Sivaji Productions, Prabhu has issued a clarification and trashed the rumors promptly.

Vijay is currently busy shooting for Theri with director Atlee and has already finalized his next project with Azhagiya Tamil Magan fame director Bharathan. Theri is entering the final stages of completion. Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu, Theri stars Amy Jackson and Samantha as female leads. Close sources to Vijay say any reports about Vijay 61 are quite premature and the actor will take a call only when he starts shooting for Vijay 60.
