Veteran producer Ibrahim Rowther passes away

Veteran producer Ibrahim Rowther passed away this morning. He was admitted in SRM Hospital, Vadapalani for the past few weeks. Ibrahim is a long-time friend of Vijayakanth who even penned a moving letter few days back. He producer several films like Bharathan, Karuppu Nila and also presented Vijayakanth’s hit films including Captain Prabhakaran and Pulan Visaranai. 

Ibrahim was unmarried and best known for holding the post of president and vice president on various occasions in Tamil Film Producer’s Council. Ibrahim was about to be taken to Singapore for further treatment before he breathed his last today morning.
