Motion capture technology in Bobby Simha’s Urumeen

Bobby Simha’s Urumeen has used the motion capture technology in few scenes. The technique became famous when Rajinikanth’s Kochadaiiyaan directed by Soundarya Ashwin released last year.

Sources say the makers incorporated motion capture in few segments since they wanted specific effects in those scenes. Directed by debutant Sakthivel Perumalsamy, Urumeen features Bobby Simha and Reshmi Menon in the lead roles. Kalaiarasan of Madras fame plays the role of antagonist.
