“My character is the fulcrum of Baahubali,” says Ramya Krishnan

Ramya Krishnan, who was last seen in Vishal’s Aambala, is gearing up for the release of SS Rajamouli’s magnum-opus Baahubali which hits screens Tomorrow, July 10th. “I would say that it is a very powerful role for a woman to play in Indian cinema. She is the fulcrum of the movie. I can’t reveal much but all I can say is that I am excited and honoured that Rajamouli garu considered me for this epic period drama,” says Ramya.

Baahubali is the first straight Telugu film Ramya Krishnan has dubbed for though she had lent her voice for the Telugu version of Kamal Haasan’s Panchathanthiram. The film is all set for release in 4000 screens worldwide tomorrow.
