Thiru’s next is with Jai

Director Thiru, who impressed everyone with the novel premise in Vishal’s Naan Sigappu Manithan last year, has announced his next project with actor Jai in the lead. Interestingly, the film, which is in its pre-production stage, will be bankrolled by Sushant Prasad and Govindaraj of Film Deparment in collaboration with Varun Manian of Radiance Media, who also produce Jai’s ongoing film Pugazh. 

The team is looking forward to make an official announcement once the female lead has been finalized. The technical team consists of DOP Richard Nathan, editor Ruben, art director Jacky and costume designer Niranjani Agathiyan. Thaman will compose music. The film will roll out from March and is planned to be shot across Chennai and Kumbakonam.
