Rajinikanth wishes to work with SS Rajamouli
Speaking at the curtain raiser event of Lingaa in Hyderabad, superstar Rajinikanth praised Tollywood filmmaker SS Rajamouli and expressed his desire to work with him. “We completed this project in six months to show younger generation that even with a huge star cast and big technicians involved, it’s not impossible to finish a film on time. But, Baahubali is different of course (laughs). Because, it has two parts and I’ve seen some of their work. Rajamouli is going to be the number one technician in India. I would love to work with him if I get an opportunity,” told Rajinikanth candidly.
Rajinikanth also shared his nervousness when shooting a duet song with Sonakshi Sinha. “I’ve known her since she was a child. Aishwarya, Soundarya and Sonakshi have grown up together. When they said I have a duet song with Sonakshi, I was sweating a lot. Not even for my debut film Apoorva Ragangal, did I sweat so much,” told Rajinikanth on a lighter note.
Lingaa is all set to hit screens this Friday.
