Dhanush to team up with Amy Jackson for Velraj’s next

We earlier reported here Dhanush will be joining hands with Velraj of Velai Illa Pattadhari fame for a project soon. Now, Dhanush has officially confirmed the news after Velraj’s confirmation a month back. Amy Jackson, who was recently replaced by Pranitha in Venkat Prabhu – Suriya’s Masss, has been roped in to play the female lead. The film, produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films, will go on the floors from February 2015. And, the first look title is expected soon.

Velai Illa Pattadhari is one of the biggest blockbusters this year which yielded lavish returns for everyone in the trade. Now, the expectations are high since the combo are joining hands for the second time. Dhanush is likely to wrap up Balaji Mohan’s Maari before kickstarting this yet-untitled film. Dhanush’s lucky charm Anirudh Ravichander is expected to compose for the film.
