Pranitha Subhash joins Suriya’s Masss
The latest addition to Suriya – Venkat Prabhu’s Masss is the slender beauty Pranitha Subhash of Udhayan and Saguni fame. She was last seen in Saguni in 2012 and this marks Pranitha’s third Tamil film. The team is heading to Bulgaria for a week now and important sequences will be canned there. Pranitha will join the team for this abroad schedule. Whether Pranitha has been roped in a replacement for Amy Jackson or she plays an important role in addition to Amy Jackson is still ambiguous. It is worth remembering that Amy Jackson’s portions were earlier reported to be shot in Bulgaria. Produced by Studio Green, Masss features Suriya, Nayanthara in lead roles. While Parthiepan plays an important role, Madhusudhan of Goli Soda fame plays the baddie. Sreeman, Karunas and Daniel of Idharkku Thaane Aasaipattai Balakumaraa fame provide comic relief.
Meanwhile, Yuvan Shankar Raja has revealed that he is working on a special Michael Jackson-inspired song for the film. “Both Venkat and I are huge fans of Michael Jackson and have grown up watching his shows and videos. In this film, we wanted to have a song that will be inspired by MJ and we’re working on that currently,” says Yuvan.
