Madhavan wraps up Irudhi Suttru; moves on to next!
Madhavan has wrapped up the shooting of his next film Irudhi Suttru, a Tamil-Hindi bi-lingual directed by Sudha Kongara Prasad of Dhrogi fame. The final leg of the shooting was held in Ooty and Maddy shared the same on his official social media page. “OOTY.. last 3 days of Saala Khadoos and Irrudhi Suttru. Excited and a lil sad. Wondetfullll cast n crew. Will miss them so much. And IT’S A SHOOTING WRAP… I am so going to miss my facial hair.” Meanwhile, he has moved on his next, sequel to Hindi film Tanu Weds Manu directed by Anand L Rai of Raanjhanaa fame.
Jointly produced by CV Kumar of Thirukumaran Entertainment and Sashikanth of YNOT Studios, Irudhi Suttru is a sports drama centered on boxing and Maddy put on weight to portray the role of a boxer. It has real-life boxers Ritika Singh and Mumtaz Sorcar as female leads. Santhosh Narayanan composes music.
