Vishal opens up about Poojai!

Vishal’s Poojai is all set to hit the screens on October 22nd and the film’s promotions are going in full swing. Poojai marks the comeback of Vishal – Hari combo seven years after Thamirabarani. “There’s a lot of expectation from everyone; not only has my confidence level risen considerably, Hari’s content and script packaging too are many notches higher than his earlier films. I believe Hari is spending many hours in post-production to give the film a slick touch,” says Vishal in an interview to a daily.

“I play Vasu, a ‘kandhuvatti’ moneylender. Shruthi plays a girl from the same city. There are three parallel storylines that converge in Patna. There are unlimited fights and chases. Hari’s screenplay is unique,” adds Vishal. Both Tamil and Telugu versions combined, Poojai is releasing worldwide in over 1100 screens. The film is certified U/A.
