GV Prakash knows his strengths and weaknesses: Sam Anton

GV Prakash who plays the lead role in his forthcoming horror-comedy Darling has delivered a restrained performance and underplayed in most of the parts, says director Sam Anton. The film marks the debut of GV Prakash since his previous film Pencil is yet to be completed. Darling has Nikki Galrani playing the female lead and Bala Saravanan and Karunas as comedians. “He shares screenspace with two comedians, yet he ensured that his work gets noticed through his subtle performance,” says Sam.

Darling is the remake of the superhit Telugu film Prema Katha Chitram. “He knows his strengths and weaknesses. I think he’s learned this over the years working with various filmmakers,” says Sam Anton. GV Prakash also has Trisha Illana Nayanthara in the offing which is yet to go on the floors.
