Catherine Tresa to star opposite Suriya in Vikram Kumar’s next?

The latest buzz in the tinsel town is Suriya’s next film with Vikram Kumar of 13B and Manam fame will have Catherine Tresa as one of the two female leads. Touted to be an action adventure, the film has a proper mix of action, humor, sentiments, romance and all the elements that will hold the attention of the target audience, aged between six and sixty, confirmed Vikram Kumar earlier. Now, a leading daily reports that Catherine Tresa is in talks for the lead opposite Suriya, though there is no confirmation that it’s for Vikram Kumar’s next.

“Catherine loved the role and is very excited about the prospect of being paired opposite Suriya. It’s a very whacky character and the filmmakers believe she would be able to carry it off with aplomb,” it adds. Catherine Tresa has received good reviews for her recently released film Madras and has already completed her next Kanithan opposite Atharvaa Murali. Meanwhile, Suriya busy shooting Venkat Prabhu’s Masss and will move on to Vikram Kumar film after completing the Venkat Prabhu’s title.
