Kaththi: Amala Paul’s dubbing artist for Samantha Ruth Prabhu

Raveena Ravi, the daughter of veteran dubbing artiste Sreeja Ravi, will be the voice you hear on screen for Samantha Ruth Prabhu in Kaththi. Raveena Ravi broke into Kollywood scene with director Sasi’s 555, where she dubbed for both the heroines Mrithika and Erica Fernandez in the film. She was the voice of Amala Paul in Samuthirakani’s Nimirndhu Nil. Now, she is dubbing for Samantha in Kaththi and a picture of Raveena alongside Vijay and AR Murugadoss was going viral on Twitter yesterday. It is worth mentioning that it was MM Manasi who dubbed for Samantha in her last film Anjaan. 

The trailer of the film is expected to be unveiled this week. Directed by AR Murugadoss, Kaththi has Vijay in a dual role and Samantha Ruth Prabhu playing the female lead. Kaththi is slated for release this Diwali.
