Soodhu Kavvum gets selected for Zurich Film Festival

Nalan Kumarasamy’s cult classic Soodhu Kavvum has been selected for Zurich Film Festival. It is the only Tamil film selected this year for the festival. Zurich Film Fest will take place between September 25 and October 5. Soodhu Kavvum is one of the highly celebrated films in Tamil cinema in recent times and a commercially succesful film too.

It gave Vijay Sethupathi, Karunakaran, Bobby Simhaa and Ashok Selvan, who played important roles in the film, a big boost in their career. This is also Soodhu Kavvum’s first international screening. It will be showcased at the festival under The New World View category.
