Atharvaa’s nerve-wracking experience shooting Irumbu Kuthirai

Atharvaa Murali has had trying experience as a pizza delivery boy cum biker in Yuvaraj Bose’s Irumbu Kuthirai. The film featuring Raai Laxmi and Priya Anand in lead roles is all set to hit the theatres this friday. “This film is about two groups of bikers who compete with each other. Initially, I play a pizza delivery boy in this film, which is set in the Pondicherry and Mahe regions. However, we also shot extensively in Italy for the film, which is a classy commercial entertainer,” reveals Atharvaa to a daily.

“I’d ridden a superbike before, but had not handled it in a professional manner. Handling it requires a lot of concentration. One needs to be really careful, and I did just that. For a certain sequence, I had to ride the superbike at 180kmph and that too, without glasses. My eyes started watering when we hit 80kmph. Also, the weather there was freezing as we shot this sequence in Italy in November,” explains Atharvaa about his neve-wracking experience riding bikes.
