Prithviraj will receive more accolades for Kaaviya Thalaivan: Siddharth

The audio of Vasantha Balan’s next Kaaviya Thalaivan was released yesterday to fabulous reviews from critics. The film’s tentative theatrical release date has been fixed as September 19th, 2014. The distribution rights for the USA have been already sold to AZ India Media and Atmus Entertainment. Speaking at the audio launch yesterday, Siddharth was all praise for his co-star Prithviraj and he even remarked that Prithvi will receive more accolades than him.

“When Vasantha Balan narrated the script to me, I insisted that I will only act in this film and even threatened him to not go for other heroes citing commercial reasons. The film demanded a budget of 10 crores, but everyone was willing to spend only 4 – 5 crores. That’s when I met my Sashikanth of YNOT Studios and he came forward to produce the film. The addition of AR Rahman to the film provided gethu for us,” toldd Siddharth.
