Poojai rights snapped by Vendhar Movies; releasing on Diwali

Poojai, the second outing for Director Hari & Vishal is nearing completion. The latest update from the camp is theatrical rights for the film have been snapped by Vendhar Movies, who confirms its grand release for the festival of lights, Diwali day. An excited Vishal confirmed the news on his Twitter page. “TN theatrical rights of poojai sold to vendhar movies.. coming together once again for a grand diwali release,” tweeted the Sandakozhi actor.

Earlier, Vishal and Vendhar Movies came together for Pandiya Naadu last year Diwali and it was declared a Super Hit. Now the successful combo is confident and looking forward to repeat the magic. Poojai has Shruti Haasan opposite Vishal and it has a strong star cast including Sathyaraj, Mukesh Tiwari, Radhika, Jayaprakash, Soori, Kausalya and many others. Produced by Vishal’s VFF, it has music by Yuvan and cinematography by Priyan.
