Bangalore Days: Samantha, Siddharth, Arya and Naga Chaitanya in talks

The Tamil remake of Bangalore Days is one of the eagerly followed topic in Kollywood at present. Speculations are running wild about the choice of actors for the remake of Anjali Menon’s Malayalam film Bangalore Days in Tamil and Telugu ever since PVP Cinemas and Dil Raju acquired rights for the film. According to the latest grapevine in K’town, Siddharth, Samantha, Arya and Naga Chaitanya have been finalized to play the lead roles, though they are yet to sign on the dotted line.

Dil Raju earlier said in an interview that he is looking for actors who are familiar in both Kollywood and Tollywood. Siddharth and Samantha are the perfect choice to reprise the roles of Fahadh Faasil and Nazriya, we think. While Arya is likely to reprise the role of Dulquer Salmaan, the role of Nivin Pauly will go in the hands of Naani or Naga Chaitanya, says sources. Both Tamil and Telugu versions will be directed by Baskar of Bommarillu (original version of Santhosh Subramaniam) fame.
