Will Siddharth and Samantha come together for Bangalore Days?

Speculations are running wild about the choice of actors for the remake of Anjali Menon’s Malayalam film Bangalore Days in Tamil and Telugu. The all-India rights have been acquired by PVP Cinema and Dil Raju, one of the established producers in Tollywood. “I am looking for actors who will suit both Telugu and Tamil versions as I want to make this film in both the languages at the same time. There are a lot of options for the actors and I need three lead actors for this film,” says Dil Raju to a daily.

That Samantha is currently the most happening actress down South makes her an obvious choice for the producers. Nani and Siddharth’s popularity in both Tamil and Telugu . Nani already had a release in Tamil this year with Aaha Kalyanam. Though the film wasn’t good as expected, his performance was received well. Meanwhile, Siddharth has a line-up of releases in Tamil including Jigarthanda this month and Kaaviya Thalaivan in August. So, Sid seems to be another strong choice for the film. The million-dollar question is “Will Siddharth and Samantha reprise Fahadh and Nazriya’s roles?”
