Santhosh Sivan’s challenge in Anjaan

Anjaan team has wrapped up the final schedule of the film in Mumbai last week. Now, the post-productions works are going on in full swing and the team is gearing up for release on August 15th as planned earlier. Santhosh Sivan, who joined hands with Lingusamy for the first time in his career had a difficult time shooting for Anjaan since the story is set in the backdrop of Mumbai.

Because, his last film Thuppakki with AR Murugadoss and Vijay was also based in Mumbai and it was the one of the first big films in which he used a digital camera. “Working for Anjaan has been challenging. It was also shot in Mumbai like Thuppakki, so I had to present the city in a new light,” says Santhosh Sivan in a daily.
