All my hardcore fans are Lollu Sabha audience, says Santhanam

It is a well-known fact that Vijay TV’s satirical spoof series on Tamil films, Lollu Sabha directed by Ram Bala was the launchpad for Santhanam in the tinsel town. The comedian has acknowledged the same in an interview to a daily, “That TV show was the tuning point in my career. It gave me a new lease of life.I enjoyed every bit of that phase of my career. My hardcore fans are actually the Lollu Sabha audience. They have been following me since then,” says Santhanam with humility.

Santhanam’s next flick is titled Dhilluku Duttu and Murugananth of Lollu Sabha team will call the shots. The film is in the scripting stage and other details about the cast and crew are still awaited. Santhanam spilled the beans recently in a press meet that Ashna Zaveri who played his love interest in Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham will play the female lead in this untitled project too.
