Uttama Villain team kickstarts Chennai schedule

Kamal Haasan led the Indian delegation to the prestigious Cannes Film Festival as part of FICCI. Now, the Ulaganayagan is back to Chennai and the team is all set to kickstart their next schedule in Chennai. The film has been shot extensively in Bangalore to film the 21st century portions of the story. They also shot few scenes in Hyderabad, Madhya Pradesh and a song in Turkey. Now, the team has begun their next schedule in the city which will last for the next 47 days.

The film directed by Ramesh Arvind boasts of an ensemble cast in Andrea, Pooja Kumar, Parvathi Menon, Parvathi Nair, Jayaram, K. Balachandar and K. Vishwanath. Kamal Haasan plays two characters in the film namely Uttaman, an 8th century drama actor and Mano Ranjan, a 21st century cinema superstar.
