Sun Pictures to release Jigarthanda on May 23

Jigarthanda is one of the movies film buffs are eagerly awaiting to watch on screen this summer. Produced by Kathiresan of Aadukalam fame, the movie is directed by Karthik Subburaj of Pizza fame. It features Siddharth and Lakshmi Menon in lead roles. Since Kochadaiiyaan is due to release on May 9, it is certain to take the box-office by storm for the next ten days after the release.

The Jigarthanda team has finally decided to release the film on May 23rd. Sun Pictures has bought the distribution rights for the film. With a promising plot, stellar supporting cast and chartbuster songs by Santhosh Narayanan, Jigarthanda is the movie to watch out for this month next to Kochadaiiyaan.
